Trust me, I lived it, you are probably being scammed. A doctor generally doesn’t sign it. However, during my illness in 2001 in a small hospital in a small town I was too large to be scanned in town to see what was wrong. They did an endoscopy and saw the scarring from a stone escaping from my gallbladder surgery. It had lodged and backed up everything, got everything infected then finally worked through slowly leaving a trail of it’s passage that could be seen. But I couldn’t be scanned to see how bad the infection was.So what could be done? My wife (my 2nd wife) at the time signed the DNR. We waited for my death. She wouldn’t even let the nurses treat me. She just wanted me to die in peace.
