Wait to fill out the buyer’s portion of the form until you get fingerprinted - the lady who fingerprinted me said I needed to sign it in front of her.Send the complete appeal form with your fingerprints to the state department listed in the instructions on the form. Since I live in Florida, I had to send mine to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE).You have 60 days from the date of the non-approval to appeal the decision.Surprisingly, my appeal decision letter came back within a couple weeks, but I’ve heard it can take much longer.Bring that letter to the FFL and pick up your gun(s).Again, that is the process in my state. I hope you don’t have to go through it, but if you do get a non-approval and you know you are eligible to purchase/possess firearms where you live, ask the FFL how to appeal it and they’ll tell you how.

But her professor refused to do so, and leave all the things to TA. The prof said the TA’s marking is final. Therefore, my friend she got a bit mad, and she kept emailing the prof regarding this issue. However, she did not wrote the email in a polite way. The prof got really angry about her email. Then the prof said he reviewed her paper and deducted her bonus question mark. After that, my friend did not response, and she just want to drop the course. The next day, the prof kept pushing this matter, he said he wants to meet my friend because he thinks my friend cheated on the exam. In the meeting, the prof threatened my friend that he will hand in a form indicating my friend cheated unless she drops the course.Therefore, I think he is completely being unreasonable and immature. I can understand why he got mad, because the email was not written in a polite way. However, I don't think he can just accuse anyone that piss him off.Thus, I want to ask you guys how my friend or everyone can protect themselves, and if possible, how to sue the professor for unreasonably accuse student cheating.

The judge may think you should be making or receiving enough money such that you can afford $237/month based on any number of facts. Or the judge even may have made a mistake. It happens.

I spend hours constructing questions and fashioning intuitive solutions, and to see them be defiled like this breaks my heart.Just to leave no ambiguity about what stealing is, I wrote a long blogpost on this and spent time and energy distributing it. I am a teacher. I welcome the idea that students land at my website and study. But it is absurd to assume that it is free for any Tom, Dick and Harry to reproduce on his/her forum. To give an analogy – your friend might have a beautiful wife. He might post a lot of pictures of her on FB. It is very creepy if you posted even two photographs of her.It is not ok if you are posting “just” the questions. If it were “just” questions, create your own. You do not get to unbundle my content. I treat my questionbank with a lot of respect. I add questions to each topic after a lot of deliberation. I have a rule of not adding any question without solutions. I want to teach, and not merely give a question dump. I have gazillion questions with me that I have not posted because I have not compiled detailed solutions. Now I see that these questions being merrily re-distributed without as much as cursory nod to the original author, I feel like my questionbank has been defiled. If you have not binned 10 questions because the solutions were not exhaustive enough, you cannot understand my pain.It is not ok if you are posting the question in “only a public forum”. It is not yours to distribute, period. How would you feel if someone auctioned a part of your furniture for charity and told you it was only for charity. I will decide my charity. Not someone else. All my questions are freely available on my website anyway. All public forum merchants can post links.It is not ok to ‘help’ out people who are preparing for CAT: Again, the questionbank on our website is free. If the Good Samaritan in you just cannot be contained, post the links to the questionbank on multiple forums. Copying questions and posting to get street-cred is an act of a cheapskate, not a Good Samaritan. You are doing this because it makes you look good, rather undeservedly. For the love of God, do not pretend it is anything else.It is not ok if you run a website and a public forum and someone else is posting this. It is particularly not ok if you continue to condone this after it has been pointed out. In our Country, public forums hide behind the idea that “someone else” does the actual posting. You have generated the crowd, you aggressively monitor content that looks even remotely like marketing, you sell the publicly generated content for ad revenue. If you cannot do the least bit to prevent copyright violation, you are just looking the other way. One look at forums and you can find gazillion photos of questions from books on these. I know bugger all about tech, but I can imagine it being very easy to spot and highlight these posts.The forums in India are peddling this delicious mix of Good Samaritanism and peer-based education with not a moment’s thought given to originality, all the while hiding under the umbrella provided by “user-generated” content. User-generated content is Indian-speak for user-peddled content that was originally created by someone else.Forums engage in unethical behaviour almost all the time.The platforms have created a beautiful model with 3 stakeholders -Owners/entrepreneurs who do the high-end designing of the platform and defining its rulesModerators who are supposed to curate the contentContributors who chip in either for the money or for fame. In the same bl00dy way one group of people in our Country have taken another to be suckers for 70-freaking years.I have come to a point where the fact that these buggers steal does not bother me much, it is not even the fact that they are monetizing this that gets to me, it is not even the acting coy that gets to me - I am used to that now. I am not even peeved at the fact that I have been at this Unacademy scam for 48 straight hours now - I have bothered myself crazy with lesser issues for longer.I am peeved that the platform merchants peddling stolen guff by selling a dream of “peer-generated content” to VCs who understand IP protection laws are collectively sitting somewhere and laughing derisively at original content creators.
