So this is actually one of my proudest achievements.Last year, my Junior Year of High School, my best friend and I decided that we didnt like our 3rd period, so every A Day (we switch off between A Day, periods 1, 2, 3, 4, and B Day, periods 5,6,7,8) we would go to a local pizza place and just get drinks and chill for an hour.After a while, we realized that we really liked ditching and that we wanted to ditch more. We started ditching more and more until finally his parents found out. I felt the wrath of God unleash itself upon me when I got home that day.We realized that we needed to get smarter with how we ditched. So one day, while we were at his house, we noticed this 15 seater hippy van outside his house that his parents stopped using years ago, and instantly we got an idea. We pulled the seats out of the van, and vaccuumed it all out. We took one row of seats and pushed it up against the back wall so we had a couch to sit on. We then brought an extension cord out and plugged it into the side of his house and led it into the van through a small opening in the bottom of the back door, and covered it with leaves.We brought out a bunch of blankets and pillows in case we wanted to take a power nap (which we've done on multiple occasions), and we stockpiled various snacks in the van.We then snuck out an old TV that nobody used, and we hooked up his old XBox 360 to it. Along with that, we brought Black Ops 2, HALO, and a bunch of movies to watch. We even hooked up a lamp, alarm clock, and phone charger in there.After we did all this, which took us roughly a week as we coukd only do it when nobody was home, we decided our beautiful creation needed a name. And thus “The Lair” was born!We even creared a “Lair Bank” where we would put our spare change and other money we had, so we could go get drinks or pizza whenever we wanted. We ditched far more than I am proud of, and we did it under our parents nose, literally.Sadly, after 7 or so months of this, his dad decided he wanted to sell the van while my best friend and his family was in Montana visiting family. So I get an urgent message from him telling me I had to clean out “The Lair” and that I only had 2 days to do it. I managed to clean it out, and his dad never sold it, so sometimes when we want a feeling of nostalgia, we head back to the husk of “The Lair.”DISCLAIMER: I do not condone ditching, I'm still making up attendance credit, and I'm halfway through my senior year. They also showed concern for your health and love for your family.Promises marriage as soon as he/she gets to state for leave that they asked you to pay for.They Requests money (wire transfers) and Amazon, iTune ,Verizon, etc gift cards, for medicine, religious practices, and leaves to come home, internet access, complete job assignments, help sick friend, get him out of trouble, or anything that sounds fishy.The military does provide all the soldier needs including food medical Care and transportation for leave. Trust me, I lived it, you are probably being scammed. I am just trying to show you examples that you are most likely being connned.Below is an email response I received after I sent an inquiry to the US government when I discovered I was scammed. I was selected for a summer internship 2016.I tried to be very open while filling the preference form: I choose many products as my favorite products and I said I'm open about the team I want to join.I even was very open in the  location and start date to get host matching interviews (I negotiated the start date in the interview until both me and my host were happy.) You could ask your recruiter to review your form (there are very cool and could help you a lot since they have a bigger experience).Do a search on the potential team.Before the interviews,  try to find smart question that you are going to ask for the potential host (do a search on the team  to find nice and deep questions to impress your host). Prepare well your resume.You are very likely not going to get algorithm/data structure questions like in the first round. It's going to be just some friendly chat if you are lucky. If your potential team is working on something like machine learning, expect that  they are going to ask you questions about machine learning, courses related to machine learning you have and relevant experience (projects, internship). Of course you have to study that before the interview. Take as long time as you need if you feel rusty.
