Police clearance from home country.First obtain police clearance from home country ( Indian nationalities can be obtained through Indian embassy/ICC qatar (evening time) and other nationalities check with their respective embassies for the procedure).Home country police clearance certificate shall be attested by Ministry of foreign affairs-Qatar.2. Request letter to Qatar CID/Police.Then login to http://www.baladiya.gov.qa website using above hukoomi account. In baladiya website click Arabic or English language optionYou can find Engineer registration option.There you will find an option to generate a letter request to CID to obtain Qatar police clearance (which means for what purpose you need Qatar PCC). Print that generated letter. The generated letter will be in arabic.3. Application form for Qatar PCC.Then go to Qatar CID police office at salwa road.There is an application form available for applying PCC. In that application both English and Arabic option is there. Just check with them which language to be used for filling the data’s. Fill that application and submit along with your generated request letter, attested Home country PCC and your photo.They will inform you to come after seven days to issue Qatar PCC.Note-1: If you had taken Qatar PCC earlier for other purpose but the date is expired then you may obtain new Qatar PCC using the old one at Qatar CID office-Salwa road. Just check with them before submission.Note-2 : Take your Qatar ID original and photo copy, Passport copy and Photograph.F. Document Formats (soft copy) for uploadingMake the documents in following formats after completes the above procedure mentioned.1. Engineering degree (PDF-But front side and attested pages should be in single file. Which means in PDF file first page should be your degree and second page should be attested page)2. Work experience certificate and training certificate (PDF- same as above)3. Qatar PCC (PDF)4. Qatar ID (JPEG - Front and back in single file)5. Photo (JPEG)6. Like Engineering degree, Experience 1, Experience 2 etc. Don’t put serial number at front.G. Document Uploading Procedure1. Again login to http://www.baladiya.gov.qa website using above hukoomi User ID and password. Click English or Arabic language. Then select Engineers & Engineering committee option.2. Click ‘New engineer registration’ option. Then an uploading page will open which will automatically guide you for stage by stage uploading. At each stage you have to upload the relevant documents.3. First you have to feed your personal data’s.4. Second Educational qualifications then experience etc.5. Finally it will ask any other documents. In that you have to upload balance documents like curriculum vitae, passport copy etc.6. After click the final confirmation it will generate three pages with all data’s you feed with registration number. Print these three pages and keep it with you.7. Affix your photo in the generated page and sign in relevant locations.8. After two or three days you will receive a SMS (with date to submit the documents ) from baladiya to submit all original documents.9. Go to baladiya office ground floor (Opposite of city center) on the date mentioned and take your queue token from Engineer registration option in the token machine and wait for your turn.10. Then submit your all original documents including documents generated after uploading in a folder type file and ask what next. They will tell you any moment you will receive a SMS for exam date if everything is OK.11. Mostly you will receive SMS within a week but generally they will send SMS day before exam.H. MMUP Exam1. The exam will be conducted in same Baladiya office at 9th floor.2. Enter the baladiya office 30 min before exam time and be calm and cool.3. You have to switch off your mobiles and keep it in outside table with other things before entering exam hall.4. The exam pattern is objective questions (25 questions) and the duration is one hour. Minimum mark requirements for passing the exam are not clear.5. You have to study your engineering discipline subjects and project management etc.6. After finish the exam come outside exam hall and wait in the rest area. After few minutes they will call one by one for results.7. If you pass or fail the exam immediately they will return your all original documents submitted.8. If you pass the exam they will tell you to wait for few minutes to issue the certificate and UPDA ID card.9. Bring your ATM/Credit card for payment. (Fees QR 300).10. After making payment they will issue the UPDA certificate, UPDA ID card.Note: This is general guide lines only. Each individual to be verified properly for the procedure before proceeding.THANKS. Laziness, Inactivity, Corruption, Unresponsiveness and the list goes on…This is what i found when i signNowed Delhi Police for help.Here i will write the full problem due to which i approached Delhi police for help and the aftermath experience.There is a family living in the house facing us actually two families, one living on the ground floor and the other on the first floor . In total they have two floors and one room on the terrace. In the terrace room the eldest boy of ground floor family lives. We also have two story building and a room on terrace. I used to live in that room, now my cousin brother lives there. Our washroom is on the balcony side so it’s obvious that he could see me, my sister and my mother whenever we used to go to washroom. initially he used to keep his doors and windows shut but later he opened his room’s windows and doors and started staring at us.Sometimes he used to comment and spit and show his tongue. This drama went on for one year. We ignored him for one year. What happened later is his whole family started threatening us. When my cousin brother started living there in that room he started using that washroom so now that boy living in the house facing us started staring at him and commenting on him. One day that boy standing in his balcony started shouting in loud voice acting like he is talking to someone on phone. He said “these people living in front of us has brought a criminal(referring to my cousin) to kill me, these beggars are bothering me, i’m getting mad i will send these people to jail etc etc”. Next day he and his family came to terrace sat in their balcony facing our balcony and started staring at us and threatening us. When we told them that your son has been doing this thing which can make whole male community bow their head in shame they started video-graphing us.After all this we went to police and filed a complaint against that boy. Two days later of our filing complaint they installed cameras on all three floors facing our house. In this way they started monitoring our moments, started intruding in our private space which is illegal and unethical. We again filed a complaint against this in police station and the family living on floor above us also filed a complaint because the cameras were installed facing their washroom. When four days has passed since we did all this and police didn’t arrive for investigation we approached Delhi Commission for Women (DCW). They sent one person for counselling, we told her about both of our complaints, she said that she will prepare a report and submit it to police. She submitted that report but nothing happened, police didn’t come even when more than a week passed. We called DCW again, that counselor talked to the IO in the respective police station where police informed her that they will soon come for investigation.I don’t know when this ‘soon’ will come. I don’t know what they are waiting for, may be for the time when the rascals living in front of us do something ‘immensely wrong’ or maybe they are waiting for that boy to gain more courage and rape someone.EDIT: Today police came when we went to the police station along with the members of Delhi Commission for Women and asked them what action have they taken on our complaint. Firstly they asked for the name of the head constable under whom case is registered, we gave him the name and the phone number which we were dialing from last seven days and which he didn’t pick up. Other constables in the police station dialed his another number, he picked up his phone this time and the person sitting in front of us informed him that this and this is the situation and why didn’t you looked at the complaint registered nearly 4 days ago and the other complaint registered 7 days ago. He said i will be looking into it ‘soon’. Then another constable entered and said “your’s is that neighbor case na? we talked to that boy’s father and told him to send his boy away somewhere outside Delhi”. At which the DCW women who came with us said Sir what we need here is reform, escapism is not the solution. He didn’t say anything and went away. After which i called the constable who have our case and asked him whether he’s going to take action or not to which he said i’m signNowing your home in five minutes(i wondered when he can signNow our home in five minutes then why did it took him seven days). We signNowed home along with DCW women. Two policemen were present there they were saying to our neighbors that you should change the direction of your cameras, cameras should not face at someone else’s house. DCW women called that boy out and asked him what is going on in here, why are you staring, commenting, spitting, showing your tongue at these girls. That piece of shit said “madam they had been harassing me for a along time, all these family members sit there in their balcony and comment on me(as we have nothing else to do, no college school, office to attend) because of them i can’t study at day time, i study at 2p.m. at night.” he further said that you tell us what should be the orientation of our camera(Seriously!! even illiterate people know that CCTV cameras are for our own security not to monitor someone else’s movements).That boy’s uncle openly threatened us saying “either we will die or they will die”. What police did in middle of all this, NOTHING. Those two policemen were standing at one side, they didn’t react at the threat. At the end they asked “Do both of you parties want to take this case to court?”Moral of the story- Delhi police respond to your complaint when some pressure is there above there head, they don’t work without pressure. Someone can openly threaten you in front of police and what police do NOTHING. Instead of standing there and changing orientation of those cameras in front of their own eyes they left it on the perpetrators of crime. That’s how our law and order system works. JAI HIND.

Create an account with Police Clearance Services2. Under services tab select pcc.3. Fill in the form. Pretty straight forward.A. Personal informationB. Address informationC. Other informationD. Police station information4. Upload documents. This is a tricky part. Not that you won't have documents with you. But size of documents that needs to be uploaded. The size should be between 75kb-100kb. You can use any pdf compressor or image compressor softwares available online. List of documents can be found in website. Photo and signature needs to be scanned and uploaded. The website provides an in built clipping tool to crop photo and signatures.5. Payment. A nominal fees of around 123₹ is charged for using this service.6. Th appointment date is usually two days from date of payment.You can visit your local police station even before the day of appointment. Remember to take a printout of your application, payment receipt and all original documents you have uploaded.Apart from list of documents mentioned on website, you also need electricity bill and a NOC from your parents on a 100₹ stamp paper(I assume this is needed as I stay with my parents and eventhough my name is in ration card, I am not primary holder of ration card). I visited court naka area in thane for notarizations. There are many printing shops which offer this services. They already have a template ready. All you have to do is provide them with your name and address details. If you are married there is also a need to submit noc from your spouse.Usually, after submission of documents at local police station, they pay a visit to your house. In my case they asked me to bring a witness(anyone from same apartment). Don't forget to carry their aadhar card. There would be a verification form that needs to be filled and signed by witness.Now they will verify if there is no criminal records on your name. After successful verification you will receive an SMS on your registered mobile number. Your application is now sent to commissioner office. I was asked to visit the thane commissioner office which is near to Kalwa circle. There is a verification department on the left after you enter this office. You have to submit one set of all the documents along with application form to any counter.On successful verification, you will get another SMS to download the certificate from the website.The whole process takes:- somewhere around 3 -12 days. I got my done in 3 days.- Fees - 123₹- One visit to local police station and one visit to Police Comissioner office.Peace out.

However, if you apply for PCC after 2013, there will be a PV even if you have been staying in the same address since 2000. Basically, your first PV was done in 2000 and for 13 years there wont be any PV for taking PCC. But to get a PCC after 13 years, there needs to be a fresh police verification in your address.If the address in your passport is different from your current address, police verification will be done.In any case if there is a PV, it depends whether you have to wait for the police to come to your address or the PSK verifies your criminal records in your police station online. In the latter case, you get the PCC on the same day.
