If I start to feel really tired or just generally not great, I can go back and see, “Hey I usually get 7.5 hours of sleep a night but this week I’ve been sleeping a lot less (or more) than usual.” Or “maybe I’m sore because I did all that walking two days ago.”Apps. In addition to the Fitbit app, I use HoursTracker to track which client I’m working for and how long. I usually remember to turn it on. I also use MileIQ to track every car trip I take automagically so I have a record of how many miles I’ve driven for business. (Probably less helpful for you.) But there is an app I just heard about called Moment which may help you track how much time you are using on your devices. I haven’t used it, but it could be helpful to you. Our devices and social media can be crazy timesucks. There are also apps that allow you to limit the amount of time you use your phone.
