I thought y’all was from China”…..I know I immediately pursed my lips together so as not to giggle. My wife, who looks decidedly Anglo-Saxon ‘white bread’ non-asiatic decent, managed to say “No, I'm NOT from China, and we made it out the door and to the other side of the pumps to our car -where we couldn't be seen. Then we leaned against the car and had a good laugh.This dear innocent and charming little sweetheart has hopefully had more exposure to nations, nationalities and world inhabitants beyond that of the rural area in which she grew up.
