I live in Germany. I got an invite to the Quora partner program the day I landed in USA for a business trip. So from what I understand, irrespective of the number of views on your answers, there is some additional eligibility criteria for you to even get an email invite.If you read the terms of service, point 1 states:Eligibility. You must be located in the United States to participate in this Program. If you are a Quora employee, you are eligible to participate and earn up to a maximum of $200 USD a month. You also agree to be bound by the Platform Terms (https://www.quora.com/about/tos) as a condition of participation.Again, if you check the FAQ section:How can other people I know .participate?The program is invite-only at this time, but we intend to open it up to more people as time goes on.So my guess is that Quora is currently targeting people based out of USA, who are active on Quora, may or may not be answering questions frequently ( I have not answered questions frequently in the past year or so) and have a certain number of consistent answer views.Edit 1: Thanks to @Anita Scotch, I got to know that the Quora partner program is now available for other countries too. I wish had the video to upload because the story won’t do it justice. It happened on December 7, 2002 at approximately 7pm. My partner an I were both working cameras when we both notice two pairs of “females” enter the store through two different entrances. We both said at the same time,”look at these two”. Soon after entering they all met up. This got out attention immediately. I called Mall Security and JC Penney’s to see if they could come down for support. Within about 5 minutes we had an office full of guards waiting to go.The four “females” were meandering around for another ten minutes before they came together in a huddle. After about a minute they each went their own way. I stayed on one of the “females” who remained in the Juniors dept. she walked over to a table and grabbed every item. Approximately 20 shirts. She then walked over to a rack and grabbed another 10 shirts hangers and all. She then selected numerous pairs of jeans. I immediately called the associate to clean out the fitting rooms and called the Manager on Duty. My partner followed another one that went straight for the Men’s dept. once there, they selected at least 30 Ralph Lauren Polo shirts, then it was Polo jeans and a few Polo zippy sweatshirts. When Mall Security saw this, they immediately notified the outside perimeter Security guard and told them to head over to our outside door. They also notified the undercover police officers that were working the mall. However, there was only one. So he headed over to the other door. My partner an I continued to watch our two and JC Penney’s Security was watching the other two via our cameras. They had a lot of merchandise as well. The four then met up in our suit dept and began to look around. The nearest door had the undercover officer at it. So we decided to go to the other exit and wait. We also had the store outside Security guard go to the other door as well. All four of the females crouched down and we lost visual of them. Which made all of us scramble back inside. I was frantically looking for them on the camera system but could not locate them. I had no choice but to put 4 Security personal outside one door and two outside the other door with the undercover officer. The outside Mall Security guard had to leave because of an accident.Approximately Three minutes later, I saw three of the females heading towards the exit where the undercover officer was and the other female with all the Polo merchandise heading towards the other exit. When they were about thirty feet from the doors they all began to sprint. And that is when all hell broke loose.The Loan female with the Polo merchandise was taken into custody rather quickly, but not before spitting in the eyes of my partner and punching a JCP guard in the face. She didn’t see the other two JCP guards who were able to subdue her and place her in cuffs. I was headed that way until I heard all the shouts for help at the other door. Due to the outside conditions, we were unable to use our outside cameras. So we didn’t see the big white box truck that was parked out in the lot. So when the driver and his partner saw the three females exit they roared up to the doors. They weren’t expecting to see guards. When the females exited they saw people waiting for them an immediately threw the clothes up in the air and began throwing punches. By the time I got there, a Mall Security guard was unconscious and one female was just pummeling the other Security guard. The undercover officer was gone and so was another female. The other female was fighting with a JCP guard. I helped the Mall Security guard. By the time we got the female handcuffed they were down to their boxers. Yes boxers, they were all males transitioning to females. Mall Security took that individual back inside. I then helped after calling for more back up the other JCP guard who was having trouble gaining control due to the individual ripping their top off and exposing their sizable breasts. He didn’t know how to proceed. So I just tackled him into a snow bank pushing his head into the snow. He stopped resisting after about 15 seconds and we were able to handcuff him. As we were getting to our feet we noticed a big box truck heading towards our door. It stopped and out of the back falls the other individual and the undercover officer. The truck then took off again. It was caught before it left the mall parking lot. The undercover officer was able to call for help as he was being kidnapped. I can only tell you that the individual never made it to our office that night. We helped the officer until additional units arrived, we left when we saw the officers running towards us with anger in their eyes. It was about 10 minutes later when the undercover officer joined us in the office. What we didn’t realize was all the people that were in the store that night. We didn’t see them as we escorted the half naked men with breasts through the store or look on the eyes of women who were shopping with their children as the one males boxers slipped off exposing his well endowed penis and his sizable breast’s. Yes, a lot of people were shocked and horrified that night. We had to add another piece of merchandise to their total because none of us were going to pull up his boxers. So they were left on the sales floor for maintenance.The four transgender individuals stole over $5000.00 all together. All four were charged with felonies and kidnapping. And it took hours to fill out all the paperwork and list all the merchandise that was taken. But most importantly, no one was seriously hurt.In addition, about four months later, three of these individuals came back and tried again!! There was four of us and we had two officers eating lunch in our office. Since the last arrest, we knew that one of them had stopped transitioning and that he was a former Division 1 linebacker for one of the powerhouse universities. He was there muscle. The two officers chose him. We split into two teams and once they had selected a ton of merchandise we acted. We didn’t let them leave the store this time. I know for a fact, myself and the manager had the most fun, we were college football players too. When we tackled them, we were in a full sprint. After watching the video of our hits, it was clear they shocked and didn’t know what to do when they saw us running full speed at them. I think every police officer that was employed stopped in to see this video. I never had so much fun!!!P.S. The officers found out were they all were living. They brought us along on the raid. They need us to identify subjects and merchandise. So when everyone was in cuffs, we were allowed to enter. There were 11 in all. All transitioning except for the muscle. They still had the big box truck with it filled with merchandise from every mall in the area. They had two rooms filled floor to ceiling with merchandise. I’m proud to say, they had no merchandise from the store we worked at. It would have been an awesome time, except the smell of this house was so horrific, it took months for it to leave my nose. All of our noses. You see, they didn’t have running water, so they used one of the rooms has a bathroom, and another room as there garbage. I won’t go into detail, but they were all gay men transitioning to female. So use your imagination what the garbage room was filled with.We never saw them again, a lot of them had to do some serious time. For me, this was the greatest shoplifting case I ever had. And, I was almost killed during another case in the future. That turned out to be a pretty good experience too. But it doesn’t come close to the other one. I miss this work terribly. Trust me, I lived it, you are probably being scammed.
