It may surprise you to know that its actually rather difficult to be "kicked out of Boy Scouts".  In the Guide to Safe Scouting, there are actually very few things that are listed as a reason to revoke a Scout's membership, and most of them relate to violence:"All members of the Boy Scouts of America are expected to conduct themselves in accordance with the principles set forth in the Scout Oath and Scout Law. Physical violence, hazing, bullying, theft, verbal insults, and drugs and alcohol have no place in the Scouting program and may result in the revocation of a Scout’s membership in the unit."Even in these cases, unit leaders are encouraged to work through the parents of the Scout to determine a course of action.  Units should only dismiss a Scout after working with the parents and after a determination has been made that the behavior is a safety issue:"The unit committee should review repetitive or serious incidents of misbehavior in consultation with the parents of the child to determine a course of corrective action including possible revocation of the youth’s membership in the unit.If problem behavior persists, units may revoke a Scout’s membership in that unit. When a unit revokes a Scout’s membership, it should promptly notify the council of the action."Note that even in these cases, this is a revocation of the Scouts "membership in that unit".  In other words, the Scout may well be allowed (maybe even encouraged) to join another unit that has a more appropriate program for the Scout.There are some situations where a Scout may not be able to advance to a rank due to a failure to fulfill the rank requirements (i.e. not showing Scout spirit) but that's very different from revoking membership.  A Scout may think being denied a rank is being "kicked out" but that's not the case - it just means the Scout is being asked to complete the requirements, as they are written, in the required manner.If you really want to be kicked out, there's one sure, quick way to do it:Don't pay your annual membership renewal.  In other words, quit.

Trust me, I lived it, you are probably being scammed. I am just trying to show you examples that you are most likely being connned.Below is an email response I received after I sent an inquiry to the US government when I discovered I was scammed. I was selected for a summer internship 2016.I tried to be very open while filling the preference form: I choose many products as my favorite products and I said I'm open about the team I want to join.I even was very open in the  location and start date to get host matching interviews (I negotiated the start date in the interview until both me and my host were happy.) You could ask your recruiter to review your form (there are very cool and could help you a lot since they have a bigger experience).Do a search on the potential team.Before the interviews,  try to find smart question that you are going to ask for the potential host (do a search on the team  to find nice and deep questions to impress your host). Prepare well your resume.You are very likely not going to get algorithm/data structure questions like in the first round. It's going to be just some friendly chat if you are lucky. If your potential team is working on something like machine learning, expect that  they are going to ask you questions about machine learning, courses related to machine learning you have and relevant experience (projects, internship). Of course you have to study that before the interview. Take as long time as you need if you feel rusty. It takes some time to get ready for the host matching (it's less than the technical interview)  but it's worth it of course.

Scouts BSA is the name that will be given to the 11–17 year olds’ program (which is currently Boy Scouts) on Feb 1, 2019…the same date that they will be opening up membership to girls.To date, nationals has not yet offered up any estimates. They’ve been very clear that this is being done because it’s something that is being asked for…by families currently involved in the program, and by people who want to be involved, but haven’t been able to.At the Cub Scout level, they offered an “early adopter” option, with very strict requirements to be allowed to bring in girls to a pack. Nationally, about 5,000 girls signed up in early adopter packs. That’s only about 0.4%, but it’s hard to say how that will change with the program fully national, and the strict requirements for early adopters removed.The Scouts BSA level has no early adopter period, so no similar comparison will be possible. At the very least, I expect that many of the 2nd year Webelos girls will continue on to troops, so a better answer can be obtained in, say, October or so when we have some idea of how many girls are involved at the highest level of Cub Scouts.Edit: As of December 15, 2018, there are over 71,000 girls enrolled in Cub Scouts nationwide.
