My husband was arrested last year for a Failure To Appear over a couple $400 hospital bills from 6 years and 11 months before. Now, my husband doesn’t have any other kind of record, so I don’t know why the police were wary, but when they showed up at our house, it was with every officer currently on duty. Including the police chief.We were woken up at 8am on a Saturday morning, to find five officers standing at the top of our stairs, taking up the small hallway in our bi-level and most of our living room. They cuffed him (and had to use two sets of cuffs, one set pink, because my husband is a Big Dude), led him outside where the police chief was waiting on our porch, and took him to the county jail.For the life of me, I will never understand why they thought they needed so much backup over hospital bills. They didn’t act like they were wary or concerned about him in any way. I originally figured it was because he’s registered as a concealed gun owner, but when we were all standing in my hallway while one officer explained why he was being arrested, the officer started laughing and handed me a sheathed knife that was sitting on our half wall at the time. So if they were worried about him owning guns, I doubt they’d be so nonchalant and chill about the whole thing.

At some stage in the dialogue they’ve told you about some kind of emotional drama, sick relative/kid etc. They tell you that because they are in a dangerous part of the world with no facilities they need you to fill in a leave application for them. Some part of this process will inevitably involve you having to pay some money on their behalf. The money will need to be paid via ‘Western Union’. Since you havent had much involvement with the military in the past you dont understand and are tempted to help out this poor soldier. they promise to pay you back once they get back from war.if this sounds familiar you are being scammed. There is no soldier just an online criminal trying to steal your money. If you send any money via Western Union it is gone, straight into the pockets of the scammer. you cant get it back, it is not traceable, this is why scammers love Western Union. They aernt going to pay you back, once they have your money you will only hear from them again if they think they can double down and squeeze more money out of you.Leave applications need to be completed by soldiers themselves. They are normally approved by their unit chain of command. If there is a problem the soldier’s commander will summon them internally to resolve the issue. This is all part of the fun of being a unit commander!! If the leave is not urgent they will wait for a convenient time during a rotation etc to work out the problems, if the leave is urgent (dying parent/spouse/kid etc) they will literally get that soldier out of an operational area ASAP. Trust me, I lived it, you are probably being scammed. I In the Carboniferous, there were massive peat bogs and swamps as Ryan has said,  the peat bogs can become anaerobic, much like the swamps in Louisiana.  Forests can get buried very easily in a flash flood or large mudslide.  Compaction and burial then slight heating and then uplift is what will get you coal.  In the Gulf of Mexico, you have "pelagic rain" cascading down to the sea floor constantly.  Organisms die and are eventually buried due to river deposition or slumping.  In some cases you get rapid deposition of a lot of sediment in what is called a debris Dr. Arnold Bouma's series in which this is described down to the type of rock stratigraphy you would get in this case.  Oil geologists look for tells in which a good reservoir would be located such as a delta or sand bar.  These certain "physical structures" will generally contain a certain grain sized sand at certain intervals thus making a good, porous sandstone..  A "source" rock is the point in which the oil is generated.  A lot of the time these source rocks will be shale.  This is due to the natural pelagic rain into the deep ocean then being mixed in with silt deposited there.  Thus again back to natural depositional sorting.  The rock is then buried and is "cooked".. Oil that is brought to a certain temperature for a certain amount of time will produce a certain amount of oil and or gas.  Thus you would get into premature, mature, and overmature deposits.  This oil that is generated in these shales is mostly extracted from sands that were laid down much later.  This is due to natural earth fracturing and the fact that oil is less dense than water.  Hope this helped a little...
