I lost 100lbs in 120 days and here is how. The absolute first thing you need to do is take everything you think you know about weight loss and throw it right out the window. The second thing you need to do is not listen to 99.9% of these Doctors,Nutritionist, personal trainers and self proclaimed experts. If we as society are further in advancement of science, technology and modern medicine than ever before why are 76% of us overweight or even obese? I struggled with weight most of my life and I didnt even think I ate that much. I was about 330lbs and every single place I looked or person I spoke to would contradict what someone else had said. For every doctor that said one thing you can find another that will say the opposite. Every month, year, a new best diet, new best weight loss pill, atkins,keto….. stop just stop. I thought about our body, what we put in it and the evolution of mankind and society and it dawned on me. It's our food that's it. It's that simple. You will have a hard time finding early photographs of obese and over weight people. It's very difficult to make this short because I have learned so much about food, what's in it and what it does to us so here is the bare minimum basics. First off you need to research actual caloric intake for your sex, age, weight, and life style. The biggest myth I found that's based on literally no science is that we need 1500–2500 calories a day to survive. Those numbers that have become a “fact" are not true at all. They are based on a government survey done over 50 years ago polling what and how much the average American ate. Do you know how much food has changed in the last 50 years, where it comes from and what goes in it to sustain shelf life. You dont want to know but you need to know. Recent actual studies have shown that people who consume 1200 calories a day over the course of a year showed large mental, physical, and emotional improvements and if they were overweight obviously weight loss. Every thing I will mention is a scrape in the surface but Google these things dig deep past the mainstream “this is how it is” pages and look for recent medical studies etc. There are people that will tell you, you will starve to death on 800 calories or 1000 or 1200. Well that is true if it's 400 calories of French fries and 600 from a burger. Google what 100 calories of skinless chicken breast looks like, or grapes, or almonds, or tuna, or broccoli. I'm over 6ft and 220lbs and can not eat 12 servings of any of that in a day. Angus Barbieri a morbidly obese man under medical supervision did not eat any food for over a year. You heard that right he went 382 days with no food, taking in water, a multi vitamin, potassium supplements, and I think he drank tea. He lost 276lbs suffered no health problems, never put the weight back on and lived a normal healthy life until his natural death decades later. If you are over weight you have stored energy your body will begin to consume, so if you're very over weight you need to take in less. You will hear that its unhealthy or even impossible to lose a lb a day, or you must be dehydrated. Thats also untrue and research will show you why the 3500 calories equals 1lb weight loss theory is incorrect. I lost a little over 100lbs in 120 days. Some days I lost nothing one day i lost 6 but remember I'm a big a guy. If you're a 5ft 8 180lb woman you wont loose weight at the same pace as I did remember i was nearly twice that in weight. You will shed weight fast though and in a healthy manor. Personally for me I have never ate as much or drank as much water as I do now. I never use to even drink water. The bottom line is eat what is natural, do not eat any of these man made inventions and recipes. No lean cuisines no processed foods or liquids. If it didn't 100 percent come out of the ground, grow on tree, bush or was born dont eat it. You might think this sounds boring but the more you learn the more recipes and new foods you'll find. I'll tell you this also if you do this your body will actually detox and become clean of the chemicals that's in it. I tried to drink a lemonade 3 months after eating only natural foods and drinking just water and it tasted like I stuck a straw in a bag of sugar. Your brain will reset I'm telling you it's amazing. You have no idea how good a strawberry taste or an apple. It's amazing what happens and how different you will feel. I know this is a little drawn out and just scratched the surface but it's a starting point. It's going to be more of a mental task than a physical one. You absolutely have to change your lifestyle. If you are over weight you're eating unhealthy and you are more than likely overeating. That's it, you don't have to be spiritual to realize however we all got here it probably was not meant for us to live off of what most of do now. You can find a balance I had tacos last week and I cant give up basic potato chips lol. But I'll tell you the tacos, they dont taste like I remember they arent as good after I feel buzzed and lathargic. I like eating natural now and crave it. Im not a skinny vegitarian type guy either I'm 220lbs, and I feel better than ever. Do the research and make a change. It's worth it, and so are you. I'm almost 40 years old and feel like I'm a kid again.UPDATEI have had some people question my hardwork so I will update this post 1 time. Not to defend myself but to show people who are struggling with weight that it really can be done and don't give up. For those who do understand my tattoos they are a work in progress but I have had none added in over a year never have had any removed. This is 100% me and real. When you take pictures in front of mirrors the image is reversed. Below is a picture of me posted on my IG at a car show Feb 2 with one of my cars I built, as well as a zoomed in screen shot of that post to show you how big i was in Feb Still, one of me in May a few more recent ones as I am still a work in progress. I have photos and videos documenting every step of my story. I also would lik to share a picture of my beautiful better half who embraced a lifestyle change with me and lost 40lbs herself in the same time frame she is so amazing!

Assuming it's some kind of life or death emergency such as a zombie horde marching down towards you. This allows me to conviently ignore all the problems associated with “following the rules” rather than the actual flying of the airplane.Starting the engine is doable if you were lucky and managed to turn on the master switch (which controls the starter), adjust the fuel mixture to rich, or primed the engine, and so on before turning the key to start. However most likely you'll miss one of these steps in an emergency and the engine will fail to start.Let's say you somehow got the engine to run. First off the throttle controls are not the foot pedals and any attempt to “drive” the plane will most likely result in traveling very slowly to the right. If you intentionally or accidently increased the throttle by pushing in the throttle lever, you'll most likely crash into the nearest parked airplane unless you also realized that brakes are applied with the TOES on the foot pedals, not by simply stepping on them. You'll still crash though unless you also found out that each pedal controls one brake so you'll need to press both at the same time to stop normally. If you somehow figured that all out before the zombie came and overran your airplane then you would have a pretty decent chance to takeoff assuming you had the foresight to use the runway or something as long as the runway, which is usually not too difficult as it's often the longest stretch of pathway that's fairly wide and has no parked airplanes on it.Now of course you want to take off right? Your first instinct will probably cause the plane to crash immediately after the wheels leave the ground. Most airplanes require more speed than necessary to simply lift the wheels off the ground. All airplanes experience “ground effect” which is basically the wings using the earth for extra support (imagine a quad copter flying close to the ground, it “pushes” off the floor, while not exactly correct for planes you can imagine how it works better near the ground). As soon as you start to climb any measurable amount you'll notice the plane start to climb more slowly, so most people think to pull back and have the climb more, but this will immediately cause a stall where the plane ends up flying so slowly that the wings fail to produce lift, and it's not a gradual thing either, as soon as a stall occurs you begin to lose lift very quickly. People in this situation will pull back harder which ironically accelerates the stall situation.Let's say you somehow managed to not crash the airplane immediately after takeoffThen you, my friend, are good to go for at least a couple of hours or however long the fuel tanks last for. Most people understand how generally a plane works once at speed and the controls are very intuitive once at speed and altitude. The next problem is you'll almost certainly get lost as nobody remembers all their streets, homes, and landmarks as how they appear from the sky. You'll most likely fly and fly and end up hundreds of mile in the wrong direction and this will probably be bad if you were trying to flee in a certain direction and instead ended up in the airspace over the giant zombie hordeOkay even if you don't get lost, you'll still need to land. I'm going to assume you are able to find another airport or another very long flat piece of asphalt. Unless you find yourself a nice long runway you'll need to fly the airplane slow enough so you can use brakes before crashing into the end of the runway (which could be a ditch hidden at the end and thus flip your plane over). Same thing as before when taking off: most people will end up stalling the airplane and crashing into the beginning of the runway or on approach. Let's say you decide to keep speed and fly at the runway at speed. Assuming you don't, well, crash the airplane into the runway you risk overshooting the runway and flying so far you end up touching the wheels on the runway after used up 80% of the length. If you using anything besides an airport runway you'll obviously have less room error and even more likely to overrun and crash into something at the endFlying airplanes is not easy for the uninitiated

I received an email from the US Army that directly answers your question that is pasted below please keep reading.I believe you are the victim of a military Romance Scam whereas the person you are talking to is a foreign national posing as an American Soldier claiming to be stationed overseas on a peacekeeping mission. That's the key to the scam they always claim to be on a peacekeeping mission.Part of their scam is saying that they have no access to their money that their mission is highly dangerous. If your boyfriend girlfriend/future husband/wife is asking you to do the following or has exhibited this behavior, it is a most likely a scam:Moves to private messaging site immediately after meeting you on Facebook or SnapChat or Instagram or some dating or social media site. Often times they delete the site you met them on right after they asked you to move to a more private messaging siteProfesses love to you very quickly & seems to quote poems and song lyrics along with using their own sort of broken language, as they profess their love and devotion quickly. Departments of education and school districts always have to make decisions about what to include in their curriculum.  There are a lot of life skills that people need that aren't taught in school.  The question is should those skills be taught in schools?I teach high school, so I'll talk about that.  The typical high school curriculum is supposed to give students a broad-based education that prepares them to be citizens in a democracy and to be able to think critically.  For a democracy to work, we need educated, discerning citizens with the ability to make good decisions based on evidence and objective thought.  In theory, people who are well informed about history, culture, science, mathematics, etc., and are capable of critical, unbiased thinking, will have the tools to participate in a democracy and make good decisions for themselves and for society at large.  In addition to that, they should be learning how to be learners, how to do effective, basic research, and collaborate with other people.  If that happens, figuring out how to do procedural tasks in real life should not provide much of a challenge.  We can't possibly teach every necessary life skill people need, but we can help students become better at knowing how to acquire the skills they need.  Should we teach them how to change a tire when they can easily consult a book or search the internet to find step by step instructions for that?  Should we teach them how to balance a check book or teach them how to think mathematically and make sense of problems so that the simple task of balancing a check book (which requires simple arithmetic and the ability to enter numbers and words in columns and rows in obvious ways) is easy for them to figure out.  If we teach them to be good at critical thinking and have some problem solving skills they will be able to apply those overarching skills to all sorts of every day tasks that shouldn't be difficult for someone with decent cognitive ability  to figure out.  It's analogous to asking why a culinary school didn't teach its students the steps and ingredients to a specific recipe.  The school taught them about more general food preparation and food science skills so that they can figure out how to make a lot of specific recipes without much trouble.  They're also able to create their own recipes. So, do we want citizens with very specific skill sets that they need to get through day to day life or do we want citizens with critical thinking, problem solving, and other overarching cognitive skills that will allow them to easily acquire ANY simple, procedural skill they may come to need at any point in their lives?

Years ago I worked at document management company.  There is cool software that can automate aspects of hand-written forms.  We had an airport as a customer - they scanned plenty and (as I said before) this was several years ago...On your airport customs forms, the "boxes" that you 'need' to write on - are basically invisible to the scanner - but are used because then us humans will tend to write neater and clearer which make sit easier to recognize with a computer.  Any characters with less than X% accuracy based on a recognition engine are flagged and shown as an image zoomed into the particular character so a human operator can then say "that is an "A".   This way, you can rapidly go through most forms and output it to say - an SQL database, complete with link to original image of the form you filled in.If you see "black boxes" at three corners of the document - it is likely set up for scanning (they help to identify and orient the page digitally).  If there is a unique barcode on the document somewhere I would theorize there is an even higher likelihood of it being scanned - the document is of enough value to be printed individually which costs more, which means it is likely going to be used on the capture side.   (I've noticed in the past in Bahamas and some other Caribbean islands they use these sorts of capture mechanisms, but they have far fewer people entering than the US does everyday)The real answer is: it depends.  Depending on each country and its policies and procedures.  Generally I would be surprised if they scanned and held onto the paper.   In the US, they proably file those for a set period of time then destroy them, perhaps mining them for some data about travellers. In the end,  I suspect the "paper-to-data capture" likelihood of customs forms ranges somewhere on a spectrum like this:Third world Customs Guy has paper to show he did his job, paper gets thrown out at end of shift. ------>  We keep all the papers! everything is scanned as you pass by customs and unique barcodes identify which flight/gate/area the form was handed out at, so we co-ordinate with cameras in the airport and have captured your image.  We also know exactly how much vodka you brought into the country. :)

If you can provide the height of your mother & of your father, I can then give you a close answer. For instance, If your mom is 5'7″ & your dad's 6′2″, at 5′11″ you'd end up being right about 6′4″
