I started getting very depressed and I stopped talking to anyone. I used to sit in my locked room for hours waiting for him to call.My parents got really worried and they took me on a trip to a place called “Wayanad”. Its a beautiful place in Kerala, India. A few days later, I was staring out of my resort room window and I looked how beautiful it was outside! I told my parents that I am going for a walk. I had no savings (I spent it all on my boyfriend, trying to please him), no friends, and no family! I stayed away from everyone who loved me for my boyfriend! I started to realize how he convinced me to push everyone away from my life.. I realized how selfish he was! I thought I could not live without him, but I realized that I was completely happy and content without him! This was the biggest turning point in my life!I spent the next 7 days with my parents and my brother. We had LOTS of fun!! I felt LIBERATED! As though something heavy was lifted from my chest!After I came home, I sent him a text saying that it was over! He called me many times and I did not answer. He sent me a 1000 texts saying how I cannot survive without him. Simple…You flood your urinary tract with as much water as possible !! About an hour before your test, begin drinking from a gallon of water, one 8 ounce glass every seven minutes for around 30 minutes. ( At this time, you will begin to urinate quite often. Good !! That is the key !! You want your Urine to be flushed out of everything that was hanging out in your urinary tract !! ) For the last 20–25 minutes…drink constantly. Don't try to finish off the gallon quickly…because you'll stop urinating, and those metabolites will gather again. No…drink steadily and constantly, all the while urinating as often as possible.Now, if you are in Pain Management…this might not be the solution for you. For while you may show no metabolites…you will also show no metabolites of the medications the Dr. has prescribed you for pain !!This WILL work in any other situation. Good luck !! By drinking an exorbitant amount of water my friend. Let’s say you’ve got to test on this Friday. Today is Monday. If you begin cleaning up today and remain COMPLETELY abstinent from ALL drugs and do the following, you’ll be clean. Tomorrow when you get up start drinking water. A minimum of a GALLON a day is what I’d drink. Some days I’d polish off a gallon and a half. You want to drink it SLOW. Don’t pound it or guzzle the water as this will only have it run tight through you, and when you start peeing water will be coming out your ass too. Thus wasting all that time and water. Within about hour to ninety minutes you’ll start peeing a lot. This is good. This is what you want. Drugs like are metabolized out your body through the liver and the kidneys with the majority of it passing in urine. Continue drinking a gallon tomorrow. Then Wednesday and Thursday you can taper down to half gallon if you want. Then come Friday you’ll be clean for your test. Basically the more water you drink the more you’ll pee. Removing the from your system at a much quicker speed (no pun intended, seriously;)

I have suffered from many episodes of anaphylactic reactions.One night after an episode of severe diarrhea, I popped a medicine- combination of and Ornidazole which proved to be a fatal step for me.The next morning, my eyes were swollen, blisters overs the lips, face was erythematous/ reddish and dark brown rashes all over the body. The IV cannula was inserted into my vein for 4 days.Then I was taken to an ophthalmologist who instilled an anaesthetic eye drops() in my eye in order to examine it properly. The findings were of epithelial stippling seen in my eyes.The doctor diagnosed it as a mild case of Steven Johnson’s that attacks the mucus membranes of the body. He said that such cases are very rare to occur.15 test tubes of my blood was sucked out to make an autologus serum therapy from it.All this was a result of consumption of half tablet only.Previously also I had suffered from an ADR (Adverse drug reaction) but of mild severity. He posts shit like this every day. All the time.Except, these pictures are wayyyy damn old. He doesn't look like this anymore.He fucked up his joints. Yep, both knees & both elbows.And then there are fitness models like Yanita Yencheva, Anna Cheri & Michelle Lewin who have implants all over their butts and boobs. Who give misinformation on fitness to pregnant woman. There's this one middle aged female fitness model called Gracyanne Barbosa who went one step too far and claimed she squats 10 reps of 500+ lbs without breaking a literal sweat.Just look at her serene face. She looks more like she's meditating than doing a 500lbs squat. You wanna know how a female athlete squatting 300lbs looks? Here you go.All this pain for just one or two reps @ 300lbs. Not fuckin 10 reps of 500lbs.She is not the only “instagram star” to use fake weights, many of them do., look at Pratyush Ghildiyal’s comment to the answer.If you have half your brain working you can see their interviews and determine that almost all of them have near zero knowledge on human anatomy and diet.
