I would suggest you to give CU a miss.The CU marking system is absolutely horrendous. Enough to make most students doubt their potential.Getting a first class - 60% is extremely difficult. Only a handful of the batch gets first class and above. Rest will end up with paltry marks. In my batch there were many of us ( including me) who studied a lot and got a nasty surprise on our report card.Apply to JU, Rabindra Bharati, Viswabharathi etc.Undergrad GPA matters a lot. If you want to do Masters, go for Reserach, go for an MBA etc later on in life, the GPA will be an extremely important parameter. And unless you are a brilliant student, getting a decent GPA in CU is impossible.

BTW which form are you talking about?If it's admission form than this is not possible but just check at MU campus at Kalina if something can be done.If not go directly to the college you want to apply and see if seats are left and take your admission thru the offline process.All the best!

Its a very simple but tedious process.Firstly, you will have to collect the “Outgoing Migration Certificate Form” from the Accounts Office or the Darbhanga Building [located inside the Calcutta University main campus at 87/1, College Street, Kolkata - 700073] for which you might be charged Rs. 10–12Secondly, you will have to collect a challan of Rs. 1 from the cash counter [located inside the Ashutosh Building which is just infront of the Darbhanga Building]. Please note that the cash counter is only operational between 10:30 - 14:30 hours.Thirdly, you will have to fill up the “Outgoing Migration Certificate form” and visit your pass out college to get the signature (along with the designation stamp) of the Principal of your college or any other relevant person (as mentioned on the outgoing migration certificate form).Fourthly, you will have to revisit the Darbhanga Building and enter the Migration Office [located on the 1st Floor] with the signed Outgoing Migration Certificate form along with the Rs. 1 challan and the Original & Photocopies of your last Calcutta University examination marksheet & your Calcutta University Registration Certificate for verification. After the successful verification, they will fill up your Rs. 1 challan for an amount of Rs. 205 which you will have to deposit at the Cash Counter [located inside the Ashutosh Building and operational till 14:30 hours].Fifthly, you will have to submit the “Outgoing Migration Certificate Form” along with the paid-up Rs. 1 challan & the above mentioned photocopies at the Migration Office located on the 1st floor inside the Darbhanga Building. Then you will be issued a receipt by the person who has collected your form. The receipt will mention the date on which you will receive your Migration Certificate.Finally, you will have to revisit the Migration office inside the Darbhanga Building as per the Date mentioned on the receipt. You will have to carry the Receipt along with your Original Calcutta University Registration Form.
