So you may enjoy this scholarship during your international co-op experience we would like to inform you of the principles governing your scholarship* 1. In order for your scholarship to be posted to your student account you must sign date and return one copy of this document to the Office of Student Financial Services. 2. To receive your scholarship you must participate in an international co-op for the semester for which you have applied* Documentation verifying your employment and benefits must be submitted to finalize your award amount. 3. To receive this scholarship your student account must be in good standing with the University. 4. Your scholarship funds will be disbursed to your student account following receipt of the signed contract. Once the funds disburse to your account you may request a refund using the Cash Release Request process on your MyNeu portal Self-Service. If you need to expedite the refund speak to your financial aid counselor to explain the reason for your request. In the event that we may need to assist you during this process please provide a mailing address below at which you will be able to access these funds. Should you terminate your employment for any reason you will be required to repay the amount of the scholarship to the University. Failure to repay this amount may result in late fees and a hold on your registration* You are encouraged to apply for financial aid but it is not a requirement to receive your scholarship* However if you demonstrate financial need there may be other federal and state funds for which you are eligible. University administration reserves the right to change this contract without notice.
